The Spice Circuit Kitchen

We have invited chef Kanthi Thamma (formerly of Easy Tiger, Curry Leaf Cafe and Palmito) to showcase his latest venture at this year’s OctoberBEST. The Spice Circuit Kitchen is a brand-new, intimate dining space in Hove where guests will enjoy their meal at Kanthi’s four-seat table.

Ideal for couples or groups of four.

WhAT IS THE OFFER?

Six-course menu at £30 per person.

WhAT’S ON THE MENU?

Three different tasting menus focusing on three culinary regions (Jaffna/Sri Lanka, Chettinad/Tamil Nadu and Hyderabad/Telangana) will be served on different dates (see below).

This meal comes with an element of surprise, and no menus will be available in advance. Kanthi will devise his menus shortly before each meal, based on the best available produce.

Dinner only
Tuesday 15th October (Hyderabad/Telangana): 5.30pm, 7.15pm and 8.45pm.
Wednesday 16th October (Hyderabad/Telangana): 5.30pm, 7.15pm and 8.45pm.
Sunday 20th October (Chettinad/Tamil Nadu): 5.30pm, 7.15pm and 8.45pm.
Monday 21st October (Chettinad/Tamil Nadu): 5.30pm, 7.15pm and 8.45pm.
Sunday 27th October (Jaffna/Sri Lanka): 5.30pm, 7.15pm and 8.45pm.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT OR CANCELLATION FEE?

Full payment will be required in advance to secure a booking. Walk-ins will not be available. A full refund can be offered if the booking is cancelled 48 hours before the reservation date and the booking is resold.

Unfortunately, allergens and dietaries cannot be catered for at these events.
