WhAT IS THE OFFER?

‘A Coastal Celebration’ - a Spanish-inspired seafood feast at £35 per person. This menu is designed for sharing and requires a minimum of two people. An optional wine pairing will be available.

Summer holidays live on in the meals we remember: seafood with a view, shared tables, afternoons that linger. For OctoberBEST, The Salt Room brings that feeling to Brighton’s shoreline with a Spanish-inspired feast centred on arroz caldoso: golden saffron rice with British lobster, monkfish and clams, sourced by the best of the best at Brighton & Newhaven Fish Sales.

STARTERS
Cornish crab croquettes with aioli
Pane Carasau with whipped salt cod, lemon jam

MAIN
Lobster, Monkfish & Clam Arroz Caldoso

Grilled lobster, monkfish and clams served in brothy bomba rice, cooked in rich saffron and shellfish stock. Seafood sourced by Brighton & Newhaven Fish Sales. 

SIDES
House bread with aioli
Bitter leaf salad, sherry vinegar

DESSERT
Burnt Basque cheesecake with grilled plums

HOW DO I BOOK?

Please book online. Walk-ins are not available for this offer.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT OR CANCELLATION FEE?

No deposit is required, but card details will be taken in line with The Salt Room’s cancellation policy. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. £20 per head will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

This set menu is fixed – no substitutions or changes can be accommodated.
