Palmito x the real junk food project brighton

WhAT IS THE OFFER?

TACOS DON PABLO

For two nights only, Palmito is turning its beloved Fitzherbert Hub into a taqueria, where Diego and his Mexican friend Xavo will be head taqueros alongside the Real Junk Food Project Brighton. Joining them will be Julian Gomez from El Melting Pot, spinning old and rare tropical records. Expect the best margaritas in town (garantizado!).

The food offering on the night will be true to The Real Junk Food Project’s mission to intercept food that would otherwise go to waste. The tacos will be traditional and will make use of surplus food, as well as meat from Sussex Grazed, plus locally-farmed goat.

£30 for six tacos/botanas. Additional tacos will be available to buy on the night at £5 each.
