WhAT IS THE OFFER?
As part of Fatto’s 10th birthday celebrations, which coincide with OctoberBEST, they will be hosting two very special pizza dough-making masterclasses. Guests will learn about Fatto’s dough production process, hear the history behind some of Fatto’s menu favourites, and make classic Neapolitan pizzas.
£35 per person.

Saturday 18th October / Saturday 25th October.
There are 12 spaces available for each date.
WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
Neapolitan snacks on arrival, soft and alcoholic drinks throughout, and your pizza to eat.
You will also take your pizza dough home with you.

Masterclasses will be held in Fatto a Mano’s Brighton kitchen at 3 Circus Parade, BN1 4GW.
