‘A Cut Above’: The Coal Shed Westholme Wagyu Beef Tasting Experience. A sharing menu at £35 per person (minimum two people).
At The Coal Shed, everything begins with fire, and this menu sees three cuts of Wagyu cooked over fire three ways - showing the alchemy of flame. An optional wine pairing is available.

WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
STARTER
Westholme Wagyu Tartare
Aged beef fat toast, pickled onion salad, horseradish, smoked bone marrow
MAIN - WAGYU THREE WAYS
Aged Bavette
Cooked over the coals, charred outside, rested, served with smoked béarnaise
Seared Short Rib
Thin slices cooked quickly on the coals, served with Thai-style nuoc chom
Slow Roasted Rump Cap
Cooked gently over fire to render the fat cap, finished with beef fat chimichurri
SIDES
Beef fat chips
Bitter leaf salad, shallot dressing
DESSERT
Salted caramel buttermilk pudding with smoked beef fat cookie crumble

IS THERE A DEPOSIT OR CANCELLATION FEE?
Pre-payment is not required, but card details will be taken in line with The Coal Shed’s cancellation policy. Cancellations are required with 24 hours’ notice. £20 per head will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations.
